Christophe Galtier Speaks on Neymar's future at PSG

The manager of Paris Saint-Germain, Christophe Galtier, has spoken about the rumours linking Neymar away from the club.

The former Lille manager was speaking in his first press conference when he was appointed manager of the Parisian club. According to Galtier, he is a big fan of the Brazilian and he wants him to stay back at the club.

I want Neymar to stay here with us. He’s kind of world class player, all the managers in the world want top players like him. I have already clear ideas on my plan for Neymar here at PSG.

Galtier was the manager of Lille that upset PSG to win the Ligue 1 title during the 2020/21 season. He signed a two-year deal which will keep him at the club until 2024, with an option to extend. The supporters of PSG will hope their new manager can help win the Champions League.
