Chelsea started their reign under Enzo Maresca with a draw in a pre-season tour in the United States of America in the game vs Wrexham.

Christopher Nkunku scored the first goal of the match in the first half but Wrexham came into the game with goals from Luke Bolton and Jack Marriott who took advantage of the poor defending from the Blues. However, Lesley Ugochukwu was able to salvage what should have been a disappointing result with a late equaliser with seven minutes until the end of the game.

The game was not what Chelsea supporters wanted in their team style of play against a Wrexham side that should not be giving the Blues any problem at all. However, they will hope that this is just the first game and it can only get better as they play more games.
