Mauricio Pochettino has received what many have categorized as a huge player boost following the return of his captain Reece James to training ahead of the highly anticipated FA Cup semi-finals fixture Chelsea vs Man City scheduled to be played on Saturday, April 20, 2024.

The return of Reece James was confirmed by Chelsea's official social media platform who shared pictures of the England international on the green grass with the rest of the squad.

The images shared by Chelsea occurred today, Friday, April 19, 2024, a day after Reece James in a post on his social media platform confirmed that he can not wait to return to the field of play.

His post on his Instagram story read, "I've been gone a while, but I'm doing well," he posted on his story. "Really well. The journey has been long and tough, but nothing I couldn't handle. I'm in a good place. The comeback is on, more hungry than ever. Stay well in the meantime and see u soon."

It remains uncertain as to if James would feature in Saturday's fixture but fans can't rule out the probability of that happening on the field of play.
