Chelsea FC Confirm the Exit of Another Player

Stamford Bridge has seen the players leave Chelsea Football Club in their numbers this summer transfer window ( 2022/23).

FORMER CHELSEA PLAYER RETURNS TO THE PREMIER LEAGUE

The Blues confirmed that one of its midfielders, Callum Hodson-Odoi will join Bayer Leverkusen on a loan deal for the rest of this football season. According to reports from the club, the reason for his departure is a lack of playing time under boss Thomas Tuchel.

The player who came into the ranks from the Chelsea academy with the likes of Reuben Loftus-cheek has been under scrutiny by supporters of the club. Odoi has scored just four goals in the four Premier League seasons he has stayed at the club.

There is no option to buy the player in the deal, but there is an option to recall him during the January transfer window in 2023.
