Chelsea Appoint Director To Be In Charge Of Talents And Transfers

In an official statement, Chelsea FC confirmed the appointment of a director who would be in charge 0of talents and transfers at the club.

Chelsea FC seem to be getting things in order following the ushering in of new owners as the club in an official statement, announced the appointment of Paul Winstanley, who held the same role at Brighton and Hove Albion as the director of global talents and transfers.

Chelsea confirmed:

Winstanley arrives at Stamford Bridge after eight years with Brighton & Hove Albion, initially as talent identification manager and then as head of recruitment. Winstanley played a major role as Brighton built a reputation for finding and developing talent.

Paul Winstanley also confirmed that he was excited to be taking on a new challenge at Chelsea FC and is excited to reunite with Graham Potter at the club. He also indicated that he believes in the project and the direction of the new ownership.
