Carlo Ancelotti reported move to Brazil on the verge of collapse

The reported deal Carlo Ancelotti and the Brazlian FA seem to have collapsed after both sides failed to reach an agreement ahead of the FIFA World Cup.

There are reports that Real Madrid are unhappy with the manner and visibility of the negotiations. They maintain they want Ancelotti in charge for the Club World Cup in June in other not to disrupt the plan of the current season.

However, the Brazilian Federation do not want to wait any longer than necessary as they want to finalise on who will take charge of the men's national team before the end of June 2025.

Who is expected to be the next Brazil coach?

They have been without a coach since Dorival Junior was fired after a humiliating defeat to Argentina during the World Cup qualifier. Al Hilal boss Jorge Jesus remains an option for the Brazil job, should the situation not be resolved.

Ancelotti is still expected to eave Real Madrid this summer and it has been claimed that he would consider an offer to manage in Saudi Arabia if the Brazil deal collapses.
