Benjamin Pavard joins Inter Milan from Bayern Munich

France defender, Benjamin Pavard has completed his move from Bayern Munich to Serie A club, Inter Milan.

The news was confirmed on the websites of both clubs on Wednesday, August 30, 2023. The 27-year-old joined Bayern Munich from VfB Stuttgart during the 2019 summer transfer window.

Benjamin Pavard was a serial winner with the Munich club including the Bundesliga title four times, the Champions League, the Club World Cup, the UEFA Super Cup, the DFB Cup, and the DFL Supercup twice. He signed a three-year deal with Inter which will keep him at the club until 2026 with an option to extend by an extra year.

Pavard made 163 competitive appearances for FC Bayern, scoring 12 goals in the process, a year after winning the World Cup with the French national team. The supporters of Inter Milan will hope that Pavard will be a great addition to the club.
