Arsenal suffer injury blow ahead of FA Cup clash against Liverpool

The supporters of Arsenal football club were hit with the injury to its forward player, Gabriel Jesus ahead of their third-round FA Cup clash against Liverpool.

Reports are making the rounds suggest that the Brazilian international picked up a fresh knee injury and could potentially miss the game at the Emirates Stadium. He had initially picked up the same injury at the start of the 2023/24 season, he has missed eight games in all competitions so far this season.

Arsenal's manager, Mikel Arteta had initially given an update on injury to both Jurrien Timber and Thomas Partey, the duo have been out of action for the Gunners for a few weeks.

However, Arsenal will most likely have some of their injured players back before their next game which is against Crystal Palace on Saturday, January 20, 2024.
