Arsenal FC Give An Update On Gabriel Jesus' Injury
Arsenal Football Club has given an official update on the current situation of the injury suffered by Gabriel Jesus during the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
The North London club released a statement on the official website of the club stating the situation of the forward player. According to the club, Jesus' successfully underwent his surgery on his right knee after suffering an injury during the Brazil v Cameroon World Cup group stage match on Friday, December 2nd, 2022.
He is expected to begin his rehabilitation program, everyone at the club wished him well as he looks forward to playing football soon in the Premier League and other competitions.
Arsenal's supporters will hope whoever Mikel Arteta calls to replace the Brazilian will live up to their expectations. The Gunners currently top the league table with five points ahead of Manchester City in second place.
