Antonio Rudiger Completes His Medical with Real Madrid
Chelsea's defender, Antonio Rudiger has completed his medical with Real Madrid ahead of his move to the Santiago Bernabeu next season.
Transfer News expert, Fabrizio Romano confirmed the news on his official Twitter account. According to reports from the tweet, the German is expected to join Real Madrid on July 1st, 2022 when the transfer window officially opens.
Rudiger is expected to stay at Real Madrid until the summer of 2026, there is no option to extend the deal. The Galacticos are expected to make an official announcement at the end of the season.
Chelsea are expected to be without the German, Andreas Christensen and probably Marcos Alonso and the club's captain, Cesar Azpilicueta.
