AC Milan Takes Huge Step on the Club's Future

Serie A Champions, AC Milan have taken a huge a step in the future of the club, a decision that may make or mar them in the near future.

The Milan club confirmed that the they have entered into a definitive agreement with RedBird as it concerns the takeover of the club.

The news of the takeover was confirmed on the official website of AC Milan on Wednesday, June 1st, 2022. According to reports, the deal, will value the club at €1.2B, and will see Elliott retain a minority financial interest in the club and seats on the Board of Directors, solidifying a partnership between RedBird and Elliott that continues the progress made under Elliott's stewardship over the last four years.

The founder and Managing Partner of the Redbird, Gerry Cardinale expressed his delight as it concerns the completion of the club's takeover. He also assured fge fans of the club, that he will try to take the Serie A club to the top level of football.
