St. Emmo Drops New Visuals for 'Faded' ft. Josh Meck off 'The Producer’s (Album 2)'

Zimbabwean producer and creative force St. Emmo has released the visuals for “Faded”, his instrumental collaboration with acclaimed guitarist Josh Meck.
The single, taken from his latest project, "The Producer’s Album 2", has already become a listener favourite, racking up impressive views on YouTube in 10 days for its warm melodies and feel-good energy. “Faded” is a four-minute instrumental that blends African rhythm with a futuristic edge. Built around a nostalgic television sample, the track moves with upbeat percussion, soothing harmonies, and Josh Meck’s unmistakable guitar riffs. The result is a sound that’s both grounded in culture and fresh enough to feel like something new.
Shot at an airport, the video is directed by Director Teekay, with choreography from Deboh. The team chose the location to echo the feeling of motion and elevation that runs through the track. Wide spaces, fluid movement, and clean visuals give the song the space it deserves to breathe and shine. Director Teekay shared: “‘Faded’ feels like it’s constantly moving forward. The airport location gave us the perfect backdrop to capture that sense of rising energy and transition.” “Faded” shows the best of what happens when two artists tap into the same emotional frequency.

St. Emmo’s production provides the canvas, and Josh Meck brings the colour with his expressive guitar work. St.Emmo says, “I wanted Faded to feel ‘rough, gritty and with some hints of light African praises’ all embedded with nothing but attitude and rhythm!!” Josh Meck adds: “St Emmo creates space for musicians to express themselves.
The track already had a story, and the guitar helped bring it to life.” Already out on streaming platforms, The Producer’s Album 2 continues St. Emmo’s evolution as one of Zimbabwe’s most innovative producers. The album blends electronic music, Afro-fusion, and modern experimental sounds, with “Faded” standing out as one of its most uplifting and melodic pieces.
