Xenophobia: Ycee Drags AKA For His Statement Against Nigeria
The Xenophobic attack in South Africa has extended to the music industry as Nigerian singer Ycee calls out AKA for his statement about Nigeria during the African's Cup of Nation which was considered to be insensitive and promotes the Xenophophic attitudes of his country, South Africa.
Adding his voice to the ongoing discussion of Xenophobia against other African nations by South Africans, Ycee expressed his perception of South Africans and their obvious hate for Nigerians. In his Tweet, Ycee called out AKA who, in the past, expressed his hate towards Nigeria after his country lost to Nigeria during the African Cup Nations. See the conversation below;
There is this subtle dislike that a lot of them (If not all) feel towards Nigerians and no matter how hard they try to hide it .. it eventually jumps out - like when AKA had a full childish grown man tantrum when they lost to Nigeria in the nations cup
