Wizkid Sets Another Record For African Music With His Latest Achievement

Wizkid has set a new record for African music with his recent achievement in the US.

Starboy Wizkid does not just get tired of breaking different and numerous records in the entertainment industry in Africa, and his latest achievement in the US is just one of many the talented singer has continued to set.

The singer's song 'Come Closer,' which featured Canadian rapper Drake, became Wizkid's second song to receive a platinum certification and the singer's third in his career after receiving his first platinum certification with Drake's 'One Dance' and his second with the monster hit record 'Essence' which features Tems.

This is phenomenal because Wizkid is now the first and only African artist to receive three platinum certifications from the RIAA in the US.
