Wizkid sets new Spotify record in Nigeria with Soundman 2 (S2)

Grammy award-winning singer and performer Wizkid has set a new record while breaking an existing Spotify record in Nigeria with his latest release, Soundman 2 (S2).

Following the release of the highly anticipated Soundman 2 (S2) Wizkid has now set a new record for the highest first-day streams on the Spotify daily chart for Nigeria.

The fourth song off the S2 EP titled IDK which featured Zlatan now holds the record for the highest first full day filtered streams on the Spotify Daily Chart for Nigeria with over 600,000 streams.

Ololufe after a full day of tracking recorded 527,379 streams and now ranks at number two on the Spotify Daily Top Songs Nigeria chart with Diamonds coming in at number three with 518,369 streams and Energy at number four with 411,061 streams.

Following the announcement and release of Soundman 2 (S2) IDK featuring Zlatan seems to have captured the attention of fans following Wizkid's revelation of how important the song is to him.
