Wizkid Lauds Wande Coal On Stage, Reveals How Singer Helped Him

Wizkid in a emotional mood appreciated singer Wande Coal for having his back when he needed help.

Grammy-nominated Afrobeats Superstar Ayodeji Balogun, better known as Wizkid, had a few words for Wande Coal during his flytime headline concert yesterday.

In an emotional mood, the iconic singer, songwriter, and performer lauded Wande Coal on stage, telling his fans that the former Mavin records signee was "always there for me", also stating that he (Wande Coal) allowed him to stay in his room when he had nowhere to go.

The Grammy-nominated Big Wiz, who had a US and UK tour this year, is closing the curtains with three headline shows in his home city, Lagos. Having thrilled his fans at his Livespot headline concert, Wizkid did the same at the Flytime Festival concert.

The father of three was joined on stage by Afrobeats acts such as Iyanya, Terri, Ceeza Milli, Wande Coal, Buju, and a host of others.
