Nigerian striker at the recently concluded AFCON 2023, Victor Osimhen has stirred joy in the hearts of Nigerians and Ivorians.

Victor Osimhen who played a significant role in the Super Eagles getting second position at the AFCON 2023 reportedly gifted 2.5 million Nigerian Naira to a young little boy of Ivorian descent. According to reports, he gifted the little boy because he dressed as he did during his matches at the AFCON

Osimhen wears the face guard because, in November 2021, he suffered multiple fractures on his face when he clashed with Milan Skriniar in a Serie A match between Napoli and Inter Milan. The collision left a side of his face swollen and since then it has been said to be dangerous for Victor to play without the mask.

It is reported that he might be joining Arsenal this season after he requested to be paid $250,000 per week. He is a valuable asset as, Osimhen, who has two-and-a-half years left on his contract, has scored 68 goals and registered 17 assists in 120 games after only 4 years in Italy.
