Tyla teases remix of her Grammy-nominated song 'Water'

Afrobeats Superstar, Tyla has teased that she will be dropping a remix of her hit single 'Water'.

The South African superstar and one of the youngest Grammy-nominated singers recently teased on her Instagram that she would be remixing her viral single 'Water' however the secret collaborator is unknown. Via her Instagram, Tyla said "Guess Who" accompanied by a picture that said "Water remix".

The viral song gained massive popularity on TikTok with the viral dance and thousands of fans using it over their videos and testing their skills with the Water Dance Challenge. The breakthrough song  hit No. 1 on the U.S. Afrobeats Songs chart, ending the 58-week run of Rema and Selena Gomez’s song 'Calm Down'. In October, Billboard named her the "R&B/Hip-Hop Rookie of the Month".

The Popiano-style singer made her U.S. TV debut on the Jimmy Fallon Show. Tyla became a first-time nominee by the Recording Academy during their announcement of the nomination list for the 66th edition of the Grammy award ceremony. She was nominated for "Best African Music Performance" alongside Burna Boy, Asake, Olamide, Ayra Starr, Davido and Musa Keys.

Tyla has collaborated previously collaborated with Ayra Starr on 'Girl Next Door'. There is no information on who she will be collaborating with for 'Water'.
