Tiwa Savage’s movie gets accolades on Prime Video
Nigerian superstar Tiwa Savage is making waves not only in music, but on the movie screen as well.
Tiwa Savage is one of the leading female artists in Nigeria. She had come to limelight at 16 years after participating in the UK X factor. Since then, she has ruled the music scene and is now taking the silver screen by storm.
Her debut film, Water & Garri, has taken Prime Video Nigeria by storm, securing the title of biggest weekend opener streams in the platform's history.
Tiwa Savage said she had first fallen in love with acting and this is a testament to her sucesss in this path. Athough Water & Garri initially received backlash, this is a step in the right direction.
