The songstress found the rumors laughable and extreme.

Nigerian award-winning singer and songwriter Temilade Openiyi, popularly known as Tems, has reacted to shocking rumours that she is pregnant by American rapper Future.

The Grammy-winning artiste recently found herself at the centre of rumours after reports surfaced that she was expecting a child with heavyweight rapper Future, with whom she collaborated on the Grammy-winning song 'Wait For U,' alongside Drake, earlier this year.

The 29-year-old, who had remained silent on the matter, finally addressed the rumour during a recent interview on The Breakfast Club, the popular American syndicated radio show hosted by DJ Envy, Charlamagne tha God, and Jess Hilarious. When asked about the speculation, Tems decided to clear the air.

Responding to the rumours, the soft-spoken singer firmly stated that the claims were unfounded and untrue. She also found the rumours extreme, jokingly questioning why they involved Future rather than her closer colleagues, such as Drake or Wizkid.

In the 43-minute interview, Tems also touched on other interesting topics, including her career, personal life, and more.
