Tems, Rema, Amaarae Make Amazon Music's 2022 Prediction List | SEE DETAILS

Amazon Music have released their list of Artists to Watch in 2022 and the list includes Nigerian stars; Tems and Rema alongside Ghanaian singer, Amaarae.

Amaarae, Tems, and Rema made Amazon Music's list of Artists to watch out for in 2022 with Tems making the main list and the other two added to the playlist. The list was released on Wednesday, the 5th of December 2021.

Tems was probably the biggest breakout star out of Africa last year with her feature on Wizkid's global smash hit, Essence taking her music into the international space, Soon enough, she featured on Drake's 2021 album and featured RnB star, Brent Faiyaz on her own EP.

Mavin Records singer, Rema continued his upward trend with a great outing last year. Asides from releasing international bangers like Bounce and Soundgasm, Rema also held his very first US tour in 2021.

TikTok was the prime tool for the emergence of Amaarae's Sad Girls Luv Money song in the US as a certified hit. It was not long before she was also headlining shows in the US and performing at top festivals too.

Taking their good outing in 2021 into consideration, Amazon Music has now named Tems, Rema, and Amaarae among the Artists to Watch in 2022.
