Tems performs unreleased song on Tiny Desk from upcoming album
After the successful announcement of her album track list, Tems previewed an unreleased song during her Tiny Desk session.
The Grammy Award winner previewed a song titled Unfortunate. It is coming off of the Born In the Wild upcoming album. It is a very jazzy smooth record with Tems’ unique strong vocals. Based on its lyrics, it is a story about the unfortunate situation of a love interest.
Tems has been very intentional in her pre-album rollout. Performing at shows such as this one and encouraging multiple interviews. She is putting in the work to make sure the Born in the Wild album doesn't go unnoticed.
She is currently nominated for two BET awards for her hit single Me & U. Fans are more excited for her album which will be released in June 2024.
