In the wake of a week-long tussle between Nigerian and South African music enthusiasts over Amapiano's Hamba Wena remix, Deep London, legally known as Lita Kupelo, has emerged victorious after taking the legal route.

The contentious Smada Eh remix, which stirred controversy, has now been successfully removed from all digital streaming platforms. The dispute unfolded as Deep London accused the Nigerian artist, Smada, of creating a remix of his song Hamba Wena with Boohle without obtaining proper permission.

In a recent announcement on X, formerly Twitter, Lita confirmed the removal of the unauthorised Nigerian rendition, Smada Eh, from various digital streaming platforms (DSP). Taking to his Twitter page, the South African star stated, "That song has been removed on all music digital platforms..."

With this legal resolution, it appears that the battle surrounding the Amapiano song has reached its conclusion, bringing clarity and resolution to the dispute between Deep London and Smada.
