Award-winning rapper, Sarkodie set a new record for African music as he became the first African act to hold a concert in the desert.

Popular Ghanian rapper, Sarkodie achieved a new feat for African music on Monday, March 21, 2022, as he became the first act to hold a concert in the Dubai desert and he did so with his 'Rapperholic' concert.

The 'Rapperholic' concert 2022 was an online concert that was held in the desert of Dubai and fans of the decorated rapper got to watch him from the comfort of their homes as he performed numerous hit tracks that included 'Adonai,' 'Illuminati,' ‘Rollies and Cigars’ and so on.

This is a new development for African music as the artists keep looking for ways to bring music closer to the fans.
