Samklef reacts to Naira Marley's song release

The release of a new song by popular singer, Naira Marley, also known as the Marlian label boss, has stirred significant attention, particularly due to the criticism from music producer and blogger, Samklef.

In a social media post on Friday, December 29, Samklef lashed out at Naira Marley for dropping a new track titled 'Wahala' while issues surrounding Mohbad's death remain unresolved.

Samklef labeled the song as noise and directed blame towards the country's justice system, questioning the timing of Naira Marley's music release in the midst of ongoing investigations.

Samklef's post read, “Dem never bury mohbad. Investigation still Dey on you run go drop music wey Be like noise for my ear. I no blame you na the justice system wey no get head I blame. If to say naija na country you for get mind drop any jam for now? last time I check naija na jungle sha. Enjoy o!"

Recalling that we have earlier reported that, Naira Marley and his associate Sam Larry were detained by the police in connection with Mohbad's death.

Despite their release, the timing of Naira Marley's new song has sparked discussions and criticism within the music industry and amongst fans.
