Ruger has teased a new collaboration with Zlatan ahead of his upcoming album, Blown Boy.

Nigerian singer Ruger has announced an exciting new collaboration with rapper Zlatan, teasing fans with a sneak peek of the upcoming track on his Instagram story.

The song is set to be part of Ruger's highly anticipated second album, Blown Boy, scheduled for release in March 2025.

Ruger expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration. He revealed on his X account that he has listened to Zlatan's verse over a thousand times. The song is expected to precede the release of Blown Boy, which follows Ruger's 2024 joint project RnB with BNXN.

Meanwhile, Blown Boy will be Ruger's second project since parting ways with Jonzing World in 2023. This was to establish his own imprint, Blown Boy. The album is highly anticipated, given Ruger's impressive track record of hits, including Bounce, Abu Dhabi, Girlfriend, WeWe, and Asiwaju.

Also, Ruger's unique blend of Dancehall and Afrobeats, as well as his versatility in crafting R&B records, has solidified his position as one of Afrobeats' most versatile hitmakers. Lastly, with a busy 2025 ahead, including a tour of North America, fans can expect more exciting music and performances from Ruger.
