Rema Joins Wizkid & Davido As The Only Afrobeats Artists To Do This

Head of the ravers Rema has joined the elite list of artists such as Wizkid and Davido to achieve this incredible feat.

Mavin and Jonzing records singer, songwriter and performer Rema has joined big names such as Wizkid, Davido, Burna Boy and CKay to achieve this in the United States. Rema with his hit song 'Calm Down' has received his first platinum RIAA certification after selling over one million units of the hit song in the US alone barely a year after its release on the 10th of February 2022.

The singer has now joined top acts that have sold over a million units of a single in the US alone. The hit song was first certified gold on the 30th of November 2022 after selling over 500,000 digital units in the US before receiving its platinum certification over 2 months later on the 2nd of February 2023.

Rema also has the most viewed afrobeats music video on YouTube in 'Calm Down' which is off his debut album, 'Rave & Roses.'
