Rema Reveals The Inspiration Behind His Smash Tune 'Calm Down' | WATCH

Nigerian sensational singer, Divine Ikubor, popularly known as Rema, has opened up on the story that inspired his smash tune 'Calm Down'.
The Afro-fusion tune, which was produced by Andre Vibez, became an instant favourite and has gone on to top charts and set many milestones, even on a global scale.

Speaking with Glitch Africa, the Mavin/Jonzing World Signee stated that the song was inspired by a scenario of him meeting a girl at a party and trying to get to know her, which was quite difficult for him.
According to him, the intense interaction left him with no option but to tell the said girl to "calm down," an expression to "take things easy" and allow him to express how he really feels.
