When Shani Kulture asked Olamide how the pandemic affected him last year, he said the lockdown was an eye-opener for him. He explained that he used to believe couldn't survive without shows. In his words;

Covid was like an eye-opener for me, because I used to think I couldn't survive without doing shows. I used to think like that but it's not like that for me anymore. I just wanna enjoy every moment, take it one step at a time. Because right now, I actually know loads of people that died from the Covid madness and I'm just grateful for every second I have now.
