Olamide hails Femi Adebayo's film, bonds with 9ice, others

Olamide recently had a heartwarming encounter with actor Femi Adebayo and fellow artists at an Abuja event, where he praised Adebayo's latest film.
Nigerian music heavyweight Olamide Adedeji, popularly known as Olamide, recently reconnected with top entertainers at an event in Abuja, where he had warm exchanges with Nollywood actor Femi Adebayo, veteran singer 9ice, and street-hop artist Small Doctor.
During the event, Olamide shared a heartfelt moment with Femi Adebayo, commending him for his latest film, Seven Doors. The rap star referred to Adebayo as “boss man” and expressed joy at finally meeting him again after years. He leaned in to whisper his admiration for the film, a gesture that left the actor visibly excited and smiling from ear to ear.
Their interaction caught the attention of singer 9ice, who jokingly remarked that what Adebayo really needed was money, sparking laughter among the group. Olamide also reunited with 9ice in a touching moment where he nearly prostrated in respect before the elder artist quickly lifted him up for a brotherly hug.
The unity continued as Olamide mingled with other stars at the event, including Small Doctor. Amid loud cheers and chants praising “Badoo,” Olamide remained focused on his friendly conversation with the younger singer. At one point, due to the noise, the duo had to whisper to each other, laughing and bonding before leaving the venue.
The event, which brought together music and movie heavyweights, showcased the mutual respect and unity within Nigeria’s entertainment scene.
