King Promise unveils star-studded collaborators for Terminator remix

Ghanaian sensation Gregory Bortey Newman, popularly known as King Promise, has set the stage for an electrifying remix of his chart-topping hit Terminator by announcing his collaborators on Tuesday, December 5, 2023.

Since its release in May 2023, the track has skyrocketed to success, amassing an impressive 3 million plays on Spotify alone.

In anticipation of the remix, King Promise strategically selected artists from Nigeria and the Caribbean, two regions that have embraced him since the original release.

Taking to his Instagram page, King Promise revealed that the Terminator remix will feature the dynamic duo of Jamaica's Sean Paul and Nigeria's Tiwa Savage, treating fans to a sneak peek with a tantalizing snippet of the upcoming collaboration. The eagerly awaited remix is scheduled to hit the airwaves on Friday, December 9, 2023.

In an exclusive interview with music executive, Yaw Boadu-Ayeboafoh, he shed light on King Promise's strategic choices, stating, "It has become a tradition for artists to tap into hotspots when selecting collaborators. It's a deliberate effort to enhance the song's growth."

Boadu-Ayeboafoh justified the choices by highlighting the song's success in the Asian market, particularly among Indonesian fans who have embraced "Terminator" in their clubs.

He hinted that another remix tailored specifically for the Asian audience might not be out of the question. Fans worldwide are buzzing with excitement as they await the release of the Terminator remix and the promise of an enhanced musical experience.
