Fireboy announces release date of new single

Nigerian singer Adedamola Oyinlola Adefolahan popularly known as Fireboy DML has announced the release date of his new single. He took to his social media to make this announcement. The new single will be released on May 3, 2024.

He wrote via social media, "Damola’s next single drops on the 3rd of May". In March 2024 Fireboy announced that heartbreak would be the theme of his new album. According to him, he would be going on vacation to find the inspiration behind his heartbreak album. He said, "After this one, I’ll go on a vacation and try to find whoever’s gonna inspire the heartbreak album that will follow". Fans have responded excitedly to his new single announcement.

The extraordinary artist recently performed at Coachella with Nigerian disc jokey DJ Spinall. Both put on an electrifying performance. Fireboy admitted to his past attempt at emulating the stage performance of Queen of Music, Beyoncé, acknowledging his inability to match the prowess of the multi-Grammy winner.
