Fans have reacted with shock and division to Peter Okoye's scathing open letter to his twin brother, Paul Okoye, aka Rudeboy.

In this letter, Peter accused Paul of constant disrespect, sabotage, and attempting to turn fans against him. The letter, posted on Peter's Instagram page on Monday, August 12, 2024, has sparked a heated debate among fans. Many took to social media to share their thoughts on the highly publicized feud between the former P-Square duo.

Furthermore, the letter addresses Paul's recent interviews, where he claimed to have written and sung 99% of P-Square's songs, discrediting Peter's contributions to the group. Peter took issue with Paul's failure to acknowledge his own songwriting credits and the success of their joint efforts. Also, he expressed disappointment and frustration with Paul's actions. He stated that he has always used "we" and "us" when referring to P-Square, while Paul uses "I" and "me".

Meanwhile, fans have been quick to react to the letter, with some defending Peter Okoye's decision to address the situation publicly. A fan named Danny stated, "His brother has been calling him out publicly for those asking why he didn’t message him privately. This is the first time he’s addressing this publicly, please allow him." However, others, like Daniel Regha, felt that the letter only added fuel to the fire, saying, "Both of 'em need to grow up, what they're doing won't only affect 'em but also make their children drift apart."

Additionally, Big Ayo showed support for Peter, acknowledging his contributions to P-Square's success, while THE WAVY CREATOR criticized Paul's constant disrespect. Princess Luna and Lola Okunrin expressed disappointment in both brothers. They stated that their individual careers will never match the success of P-Square. KHAN' and Just_Yemi called for unity, hoping the brothers will reconcile and make music together again.

However, the feud between the twin brothers has been ongoing since their highly publicized breakup in 2017. Also, Peter addressed the latest EFCC matter involving their former manager and elder brother Jude.

As the debate continues, one thing is clear - fans are invested in the P-Square legacy and want to see the brothers put aside their differences and reunite.
