New eviction system for Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) 2024 revealed

A new eviction system has been introduced to the 2024 Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) reality TV series as week one comes to an end.

It has been confirmed in an official announcement on the live eviction show held today, Sunday, August 4, 2024, that a new eviction system or method will be adopted for Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) season nine.

The voting results for viewers' favourite nominated housemates have been released. Following the immunity challenge on Monday night, Big Brother put all 12 remaining pairs of housemates up for possible eviction, leaving their future in the house in the hands of the viewers.

The pair that receives the fewest votes will be evicted during the live eviction show on Sunday, marking the end of week 1.

How will eviction work in BBNaija 2024?

It was revealed that based on the votes of fans at home the 4 partnerships with the lowest amounts of votes will be put up for eviction. Partners who were categorised to have made it to the safe zone and are free from possible eviction will in turn vote for the housemate they believe deserve to be evicted from the show.
