DJ Cuppy humorously declares her heart 'the Most Played' this year
Nigerian disc jockey, Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, candidly revealed that her heart bore the weight of multiple emotions this year, describing it as "the most played."
The revelation comes in the wake of her highly publicized heartbreak in July, following the end of her engagement to British boxer, Ryan Taylor, merely seven months after their surprising engagement in November 2022.
Taking to her X (formerly Twitter) handle on Thursday, December 14, DJ Cuppy, still grappling with the aftermath of her failed engagement, humorously stated, "Meanwhile, you don't have to check Spotify; my heart was the most played this year."

This disclosure follows Cuppy's earlier acknowledgment of her broken engagement during a recent Women in Management, Business, and Public Service (WIMBIZ) conference in London.
Reflecting on the setback, she remarked, "Last year I got engaged, and I am no longer engaged, but such is life, and I know my story is still happening, and there is more to come, and I am okay with the uncertainties."
The DJ's openness about her personal experiences adds a layer of relatability, resonating with those who may have faced similar challenges in their lives.
