Burna Boy’s Orlando show at Kia Center called off hours before performance

Burna Boy’s scheduled concert at the Kia Center in Orlando has been canceled, just hours before the Grammy-winning Afrobeats star was expected to take the stage.

The cancellation was confirmed on Ticketmaster, where fans were greeted with a notice stating that the event had been called off by the organizer. The show was billed as part of Burna Boy’s No Sign of Weakness tour and was set to take place on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at the 20,000-capacity arena.

Ticketmaster has assured customers that refunds will be processed automatically, with payments returned to the original method of purchase within 14 to 21 days after funds are released by the event organizer. In cases where tickets were transferred, the refund will go back to the original buyer.

No official explanation has been provided by Burna Boy’s team or the tour promoters regarding the Orlando cancellation. However, the development comes amid a series of recent changes to the U.S. leg of the tour, with earlier dates in cities such as Minneapolis and Chicago also being called off.

The cancellations have sparked online discussions, with some media outlets linking them to reports of slow ticket sales and heightened scrutiny following a recent onstage incident in Colorado. During that show, Burna Boy was captured on video removing a fan from the front row, an episode that drew criticism after the fan later claimed she was dealing with a personal loss at the time.

Despite the Orlando setback, other stops on the No Sign of Weakness tour remain listed as scheduled, with no further updates announced as of now.
