Global Latin superstar Bad Bunny has been announced as the headliner for the Super Bowl LX Halftime Show, set to take place on February 8, 2026, at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

Bad Bunny will take center stage at the Super Bowl LX Halftime Show. The NFL, in partnership with Apple Music and Roc Nation, announced on Sunday, September 28, 2025 that the global Latin superstar will headline the show on February 8, 2026, at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The performance will air live on NBC and stream on Peacock.

The confirmation came during halftime of the Green Bay Packers vs. Dallas Cowboys game, after weeks of speculation. Bad Bunny, whose real name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, also broke the news on his social media pages, instantly sparking excitement among his millions of fans around the world.

This marks a historic moment for Latin music on the Super Bowl stage. The announcement comes after a blockbuster year for the three-time Grammy winner, which included the release of his seventh studio album, record-breaking streaming numbers, and a massive residency in Puerto Rico that drew over half a million fans.

Speaking about the honor, Bad Bunny said: “This isn’t just about me, it’s about the people and culture I represent. This moment is for Puerto Rico and for Latin music everywhere.”

NFL senior vice president of global event production Jon Barker praised the choice, calling Bad Bunny “a perfect fit for the halftime stage, someone who brings unmatched energy and connects with audiences across genres and languages.”

Roc Nation founder Jay-Z, who has overseen the NFL’s live music entertainment strategy since 2019, also celebrated the announcement: “What Benito has done for Puerto Rico and music globally is extraordinary. Having him on this stage is an honor.”

Bad Bunny follows Kendrick Lamar, whose 2025 halftime performance drew the largest audience in Super Bowl history. With his global influence and boundary-pushing artistry, all eyes will be on Levi’s Stadium for the Super Bowl LX Halftime next February when Bad Bunny makes history.
