Nigerian singer Ayra Starr demands justice for Idowu Christianah and other victims of gruesome murder and other heinous crimes.
Nigerian singer Ayra Starr has spoken out against the gruesome murder of Idowu Christianah, a 300-level student of the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta (FUNAAB), who was allegedly killed by her friend and serial killer, Ayomide Adeleye.
So, reacting to the tragedy on her official X page, Ayra Starr expressed outrage and called for justice for the deceased. She emphasized that men must stop killing and assaulting women. Also, she stated that women deserve better.
Meanwhile, Ayra Starr's plea comes after investigations revealed that Adeleye, who had been friends with Christianah, kidnapped and murdered her, burying her body in his compound. However, shockingly, Adeleye's ex-girlfriend and blood sister met similar fates in 2018 and 2020, respectively.
Additionally, the singer's powerful statement highlights the need for urgent action against gender-based violence. Lastly, Ayra Starr demands justice for Christianah and other victims of such heinous crimes.
