Nigerian music sensation Asake has achieved a remarkable milestone with his third album Lungu Boy, debuting 9 songs on the Billboard Afrobeats Songs chart.
This feat marks a historic 50th entry for Asake, surpassing Burna Boy as the artiste with the most entries in the chart's history.
Meanwhile, the album's collaboration with Travis Scott, Active, reached number one, while other tracks like MMS featuring Wizkid, Mood, Fuji Vibes, and Suru featuring Stormzy also secured top spots. This impressive performance solidifies Asake's status as a superstar in the music industry.
Additionally, Lungu Boy has enjoyed commercial success. This equals the record for the highest-charting Nigerian album on Apple Music US chart. and reaching number one on Apple Music UK Chart.
