Rayvanny nominated for BET Awards (2017)

Tanzanian star Rayvanny is definitely having a good year. He is the only East African artiste nominated for the BET Awards (2017). Receiving a nod for the International Viewers Choice category, Rayvanny is nominated alongside top artistes from all over the world among them, David (UK), Jorja Smith (UK), Changmo (South Korea), Daniel Caesar (Canada), Amanda Black (SA), Remi (Australia) and Skip Marley (Jamaica).

The Wasafi signed artiste just finished filming the fifth season of Coke Studio Africa in Nairobi and is ruling the airwaves with his new track "Zezeta".

This year, BET has also nominated Wizkid, Davido, Tekno, Mr Eazi, AKA, Stonebwoy, Nasty C and Babes Wodumo for the Best International Act Africa category.
