Khaligraph Jones wins big at MTN HipHop Awards
Prolific Kenyan rapper, Khaligraph Jones was announced the winner of the East African Rapper of the Year Award in the recently completed MTN UG HipHop Awards.

Taking to Instagram to share his win, Khaligraph reposted a screenshot post from the official MTN UG Twitter account, confirming him as the winner.
“#MTNUGHipHopAwards East African Rapper of The Year is @KHALIGRAPH Congratulations,”
Under the post, Khaligraph wrote a message expressing gratitude to MTN UG for respecting the OG. The caption read,
“Thank You @mtnug the OG has been respected....”
This prestigious award is well deserved by the talented rapper following his unmatched consistency in releasing quality music.
Currently, Khaligraph is flying high with his most recent hit 'Luku' alongside various rappers in the Kenyan industry. Luku is Kenyan slang to mean 'drip' and the chorus in this banger affirms that their drip is always clean.
At the same time, Khaligraph's , ‘Beatbox Freestyle’ is still topping charts. ‘Beatbox Freestyle’ is poetically written lyrical rap in which Khaligraph takes shots at fake fans, media stations, and haters.
