When it comes to Youtube and the streaming game in East Africa, Diamond Platnumz is without a doubt a number one artist and this week, the three times BET nominee has written a new record.
Diamond Platnumz has recently released two songs that are running East African streets, Yatapita and Zuwena. The songs mark Diamond Platnumz's official return to Bongo Fleva and they have been complimented by blockbuster music videos.

According to Topcharts Africa from 11th - 18th February Diamond amassed about 9 Million total streams on YouTube, followed by Rayvanny and Harmonize who have whooped 2.5 and 2.0 Million streams respectively. Billnass stood to be the only Tanzanian to be on the list.
Other foreign artists that have been featured in the list include Burna Boy, Ayra Starr, Kizz Daniel, Chris Brown and Asake.
