Tanzanian singer and songwriter, Diamond Platnumz, reaffirmed his dominance on YouTube with a significant milestone achieved in September.
Tanzania's foremost music export, Diamond Platnumz, has once again reclaimed his title as the most-viewed Tanzanian singer on YouTube in September, surpassing other Bongo Flava luminaries like Harmonize and Zuchu.

As per Chart Data, during September alone, Diamond Platnumz accumulated an impressive 33 million views on YouTube, closely followed by WCB's own Zuchu with 15.8 million views. Diamond Platnumz's proteges, Harmonize and Rayvanny, secured third and fourth positions.
Within the hip hop genre, Darassa claimed the title of the most-viewed Tanzanian rapper on YouTube in September 2023. Following closely behind is Billnass, who is currently making waves with his chart-topping collaboration alongside Marioo, titled Maokoto.
