Odumodublvck and Prettyboy DO exchanged words on Twitter on January 21, 2024, concerning some unresolved agency deals.

The beginning

It all started when Odumodublvck tweeted, "REAL NIGGA REAL NIGGA BUT YOU DEY STREAM FARM. FAKE NUMBER FOR A REAL NIGGA. SHIT A’INT ADDING UP BROTHER." on his Twitter.

This was after he had written "I am dancing on their graves. Literally" only moments before. He still went on to tweet, "NUMBER 1 FOR SPOTIFY WEY NO ENTER TOP HUNDRED FOR APPLE MUSIC. YOU ARE NOT WHO YOU SAY YOU ARE MY BROTHER. EMANCIPATE YOUR SPIRIT. IT IS VERY WEAK. SO WEAK."

While fans were clamouring left and right for a reveal of who Odumodublvck was referring to.
Odumodublvck was tweeting and promoting his song Jangrova, released that night.

Fans were surprised when Prettyboy DO replied to his comments and insults in the light that Odumodublvck was fighting for some "boy". Prettyboy DO asked Odumodublvck not to let "a man without talent push us against each other.

Prettyboy DO had been a major source of inspiration for Odumodublvck before his nationwide emergence in late 2022/2023. There are tweets from past years showing Odumodublvck's adoration and respect for the latter for "showing him love.”

Odumodublvck responded with a video and implied that he was not fighting DO because of Teezee. Teezee is the co-president of Native Records, to which Odumodublvck is currently signed. Odumodublvck also accused Prettyboy DO of calling him a clone. He then shared a video showing Prettyboy DO approve of being in charge of organising a show for him in January 2022 in Abuja.

Prettyboy DO then shared the fact that the founder of Native Records, Saraki, popularly known as Chubbziano was the one who had called him a clone and not him. he said that he has nothing but love for Odumodublvck and he remembers introducing Odumodublvck to Teezee in 2019.

Co-producer at Native Records, Chubbziano, responded to the video, saying, "Donald, either go get a job or get back to making proper music. NATIVE has supported you for years. Yes, we considered signing you when we started our label. We didn’t sign you because the demos you shared weren’t good. That’s life. Nothing personal. Move on.” Prettyboy DO did not respond.

Fans had believed the story was closed, especially with Odumodublvck responding with “I love you too man." to Prettyboy DO’s video.

Unresolved Native Record deals

It was far from over, as on January 22, 2023, Prettyboy DO returned with receipts of a certain director who was owed money by the native mag.
He was refused pay but his content was used without any credit.

This caused an uproar on Twitter with fans going berserk at the news. The incident which happened in July 2022 was left unattended to till September 2022 when the director reduced the price to 200 dollars and has since been waiting for payment.

Sholz, Co-founder at Native Records responded with a breakdown of how the money was negotiated but since they incurred some “300$ worth of damage”, they waived the payment intentionally. Details of the damages were not provided and the discourse ended on that note.

Aftermath

Surprisingly, a video surfaced of Odumodublvck, Teezee, and Prettyboy DO together at an apartment, chilling.

It seems the trio has resolved their dispute privately.
