Tunji Balogun, the visionary CEO of Def Jam Recordings, has added another feather to his already impressive cap, landing the No. 17 spot on Billboard's prestigious Top Labels list.

He is a Nigerian American record label executive. He was a co-founder of Keep Cool and is currently the CEO of Def Jam Recordings. Balogun's journey to the top is a testament to his dedication and strategic insight.

After making significant contributions to RCA Records, he joined Def Jam in 2022, taking over the reins from Eminem's longtime manager, Paul Rosenberg.
