Pheelz

Pheelz made a significant foray into music with the release of Finesse, featuring Buju. This track achieved remarkable success, garnering over 200 million global streams and earning a coveted spot on former US President Barack Obama's 2022 Summer Playlist. Additionally, Pheelz made history as the first Afrobeats artist to perform at the BET Awards Pre-Show and received a nomination for the 2022 BET Best New International Act.

He grew up singing and playing keyboards in the church run by his father, who is a pastor in Lagos. Pheelz is a multi-talented artist who produces and sings simultaneously. He recently produced some of the tracks for American artist Usher. Speaking on this experience, he said, "I would listen to Usher almost every day growing up. I literally dived into his albums and learned from him. And to be able to write, produce, and teach him [Usher] in a way, it shows me how far the [Nigerian] music has gone. It shows me how far dreams can go as well".

Phyno

Chibuzor Nelson Azubuike, popularly known as Phyno, started as a producer before transitioning into music. Phyno began playing drums and piano in his teenage years and was initially drawn more towards production. Phyno also started as a music producer, working with artists like Illbliss and Nigga Raw, amongst others. He fully started rapping when he dropped Ghost Mode, featuring Olamide. The song won the 2012 Headies Awards for Best Collaboration.

Ever since then, he has released successful songs such as Fada Fada, So Far So Good, Connect, and more. Phyno has a unique talent for rapping in Igbo and Pidgin. This resonated well with a lot of fans. He has become one of the most influential rappers in Africa.

Maleek Berry

The British Nigerian record producer turned artist came into contact with music by listening to classics from Michael Jackson.

Maleek Berry has made significant contributions to the music industry by producing chart-topping hits such as The Matter with Wizkid, Baby Hello for Wande Coal, and Lagos To Kampala for Runtown and Wizkid. In addition to his prowess as a producer, Maleek Berry has also established himself as a recording artist, boasting several notable hits. He stepped into the spotlight with his debut solo release titled For My People, featuring UK Rap artist Sneakbo.

Tekno

Tekno Miles embarked on his music career by joining the church choir. He then enrolled in a music school, ultimately becoming one of Nigeria's most accomplished producers and artists. In 2013, he debuted with his single Holiday, featuring vocals from Davido.

Tekno is credited for producing Davido's hit song IF, which has become one of the most iconic tracks in Afrobeats. IF won the titles of Best Pop Single and Song of the Year at The Headies 2018. Additionally, he has produced tracks like Boss by Ice Prince and Last Station by Stonebwoy.

Young Jonn

He said, "I've always been recording right from time- my vocals- sound recording and all are on my phone. I've always been doing that. I just never really focused on it. Overtime I just found my way back".

He signed with Chocolate City and released Dada which has enjoyed wide acceptance and success. He has produced some of Afrobeat's biggest songs such as Mama by Kizz Daniel, Shoki by Lil Kesh, Ello Baby by Tiwa Savage, Issa Goal by Naira Marley, and Story for the gods by Olamide.
