Asake reportedly offered $35M Adidas endorsement deal

Nigerian singer and songwriter Ahmed Ololade, best known as Asake, has reportedly been offered a $35 million endorsement deal with Adidas.
According to Leadership News, the deal is expected to position him as a face of the brand, following his strong career success in recent years. An official announcement is likely once both parties finalise the terms.
The report highlights Asake’s long-standing relationship with Adidas, noting that he has consistently worn the brand over the years. It also reveals that Sony Music Entertainment is looking to partner with his label, Giran Republic, to support the global expansion of its artists.
There has been no official confirmation from either Asake or Adidas. However, the potential partnership comes at a fitting time for the Nigerian star, who has been building an increasingly strong connection with the brand in recent months.
He recently delivered an explosive performance at the Adidas Sounds of Superstars show at the Adidas Arena in Paris, where he was fully styled by the brand—further strengthening their growing relationship.
Asake, whose real name is Ahmed Ololade, continues to dominate the Afrobeats scene. In 2025, he ranked as the overall No. 1 artist in Nigeria for the fourth consecutive year on the TurnTable charts. His independent single, Why Love, became the most-streamed song of the year on Apple Music Nigeria, while his catalogue surpassed 2 billion streams across platforms such as Spotify and Audiomack.
