Rema set to light up Lagos as headliner for this year’s Rhythm Unplugged concert

Afrobeats superstar Rema is returning home this December for a major headline performance at the iconic Rhythm Unplugged concert, one of Lagos’ biggest end-of-year music events.
The show, backed by Coca-Cola, will be held on Sunday, December 21, 2025, at the Eko Convention Center.
The announcement came with eye-catching promo artwork featuring the Calm Down hitmaker and the bold tagline, “From Nigeria to the World,” highlighting his rise as one of the most influential global voices in contemporary music.
Rema’s upcoming appearance is being celebrated as a powerful homecoming moment. Known for pushing sonic boundaries with his genre-blending style, which he famously branded as Afrorave, the singer is expected to deliver a high-energy performance filled with his chart-topping international hits. His return to the Nigerian stage comes after an impressive run of worldwide success, sold-out shows, and record-breaking streaming achievements.
Rhythm Unplugged, a key part of the Flytime Fest series, has long been a platform for Africa’s biggest stars. This year’s edition places Rema at the center of the lineup, cementing his status as one of the continent’s most dynamic performers.
Tickets for the Rhythm Unplugged concert with Rema as the headliner are now exclusively available through the official event website.
