The supporters of Manchester City will soon find out the final verdict of the 115 Premier League charges that were leveled against them.

The Mirror confirmed on its website that the International Dispute Resolution Centre, according to reports, the final arguments were heard at London’s International Dispute Resolution Centre on Friday, December 6, 2024, bringing to an end to the hearing, which started on September 16, 2024. Manchester City was accused of multiple breaches of Financial Fair Play rules and of failing to cooperate with the subsequent investigation.

The Premier League Champions have denied all the 115 charges and believe that they will be exonerated. But if they are found guilty by the three-person panel, they could be hit with financial penalties, a points deduction or even be relegated.

The independent body has begun reviewing the evidence that has been put before them. They will deliberate for a long time and even once a verdict has been returned, an appeal is very likely to extend the case until the end of next season.

Sheikh Mansour's seismic takeover in 2008, Manchester City have won eight Premier League titles, three FA Cups, six League Cups, the Champions League, the UEFA Super Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup. However, City will still be looking to win the Premier League for the fifth consecutive time despite the tension at the club, both on and off the pitch.
