Mikel Arteta breaks silence on reports linking him to Barcelona

The 2024 January transfer window has been filled with managers announcing their departure from clubs rather than players leaving to other clubs. Jurgen Klopp and Xavi Hernandez are the managers that have announced that they will be leaving Liverpool and Barcelona respectively for different reasons.

The media have been specualting different names as a replacement for positions which will be vacant at the end of this season. Mikel Arteta has been one name that is being mentioned as a replacement for Xavi.

However, the Arteta has been debunked the rumours that has runoured to leave the Gunners at the end of this season ( 2023/24) to join the Catalonia giants.

Arteta has cleared the air concerning his future with the London club. He debunked every news that has been circulating the media linking him to La Liga.
